The first time, the engine (a few MB) is downloaded and cached. To be honest about the trade-off: processing a large video in the browser depends on your device’s memory and CPU and is slower than a dedicated desktop app; in exchange, nothing is uploaded and nothing leaves your device, with no watermarks and no daily limits.
